Other companies told me they couldn’t help and that I’d need a completely new system, but after speaking to Neil on the phone, it was clear he really knew his stuff. He booked me in straight away and was genuinely helpful from the start. When Neil arrived, he went above and beyond. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I was happy with everything before leaving. Neal took on my alarm job even though it was a obsolete system. He manages to get it up and running again. Neal was very knowledgeable and tested whole system.He turned up on time and got to work sorting the alarm system He explained everything he was doing and now we have a working system. Price was very reasonable for the ammount of time he spent doing the work. Neal was very polite ,couldn't fault him. He even gave advice on separate cctv system. You won't go wrong hiring Neal. Neal was GREAT throughout the process! From initial contact (and many emails to & fro) through to install he very helpful and VERY patient - reasonable price too! ONLY reason 4 stars given rather than 5 was because it took 6 months to source my hub (supplier issue - not from CWS and didn't cause any detriment to the working of the system). Would gladly use Neal's services again and looking forward to the new product launches and calling Neal out again for some additions!
