What customers say

Based on genuine customer reviews

JRB CCTV & Home Alarms LTD covers both camera and intruder alarm installations across Birmingham, and the accounts left by customers return again and again to the same strengths. The jobs range from private houses to a restaurant, and in one instance the same team was invited back to a domestic property after the commercial fitting. Various customers describe engineers arriving exactly when arranged, finishing the work quickly and leaving the space clean and tidy behind them.

A recurring theme is the unhurried discussion of available options, with no sales pressure applied, followed by a thorough demonstration once the equipment was running, including setting up the viewing application on mobile devices. Jack and Richard are both named by reviewers, who call them friendly, well-informed and simple to deal with, and who note that questions continued to be answered clearly after the installation was complete. Clear quotes without unexpected additions feature in the feedback, and the sense of security the finished systems provide is stated more than once, while the explanations were given patiently to those less familiar with the technology.

Jack is friendly and professional and not pushy. He suggested the different options we had and when the equipment was fitted he explained everything more than once as im a technophobe. Would recommend him to anyone .
