Oustanding Service - Called Sutton Alarms at 10.30 last night in a bit of a panic as my internal alarm would not stop going off due to a flat battery. Sutton Alarms was recommended to me at short notice and Steve was brilliant in terms of talking me through a short term fix to ensure a quiet night (for us and the neighbours). He also made an appointment for the next day to service/reset the alarm and replace the battery. You have to give credit where its due when someone gives a great service when you need it most and it was genuinely so reasonably priced. When he attended he couldn’t have been more helpful. Thanks again Steve, i will definitely be recommending Sutton Alarms to my friends and family, in fact my moms already booked in.
Steve was amazing! Upgraded our alarm system using existing wired sensors. Nothing was too much trouble. Also replaced outside security lighting that we had purchased. Very satisfied.
After National Grid cut power to do works in the street I found my old existing alarm system that came with the house had developed a fault. It was always on my mind to update the system with modern access and have something expandable if needed. I called Steve who I found very friendly on the phone, he came the next day to fault find but we both agreed that a new set up would be the better option. Steve was able to fit a new system there and then, he is very friendly, knows his stuff and was tidy. He has a great positive vibe about himself and found we had common interests in music which was just peak 👍🏻 I highly recommend Sutton Alarms to anyone thinking about installing or updating their old systems as pricing is reasonable and hardware seems good quality too.
