Protect Security Systems offers a 12-month guarantee on all products, and 24 months for IP CCTV systems.

Protect Security Systems covers domestic security installations around Hollywood, Birmingham, with the work of Alex named repeatedly by customers. Reviewers describe CCTV camera fitting and intruder alarm upgrades as the main services, alongside the supply and setup of complete systems. A point that comes up often is the clarity of the advice given before purchase, with customers feeling their needs were understood precisely during the specification process. More than one customer describes the installation itself as quick, efficient and tidy, noting that old equipment was removed and the space left clean afterwards. Punctuality and reliability are recurring themes, with appointments kept and promises delivered as agreed.

Aftercare also features strongly: Alex takes time to explain how cameras and alarms operate and provides support once the job is finished. Reviewers mention him handling multiple jobs over several years for the same households, which suggests lasting relationships built on consistent standards.
