We have had an alarm at our current home for 7yrs and prior to that, we had one at our previous home for many years, both fitted and maintained by A&M security. We have always had a very good service and little has gone wrong. Last night (Sunday 8th May 2022), we arrived home at 10pm and tried to deactivate our alarm, but there was a fault, which we couldn't rectify. As the alarm would not stop sounding, we had no alternative but to contact A&M, who without hesitation sorted things out and sent an engineer on a round trip of 70 mls to deal with the issue. The engineer was called Jake and he was polite & efficient and being a Sunday night at 11pm, we considered the response and service we received was first class. Thank you A&M for your excellent service.
