Initial survey was thorough and appropriate to our needs. |The technicians arrived promptly and carried out the installation efficiently. politely and with curtesy. When a software problem arose due to the age of the in-house recorder they persevered, spending much time communicating with the manufactures until the problem was resolved. The system was then carefully and fully explained to us. Excellent service, the company is to be recommended.

I had Plymstock Security Systems install CCTV in our Plymouth branch a few years ago and they have been fantastic from start to finish. I have since used them to install 2 additional CCTV systems for me in other branches, installed an alarm system in two branches plus taken over the monitoring and service of an alarm system in another branch. I would highly recommend Steve and his team.

We purchased a property with a hydraulic gate installed by Plymstock Security 3 years ago. Initially, they were very helpful as the owners had left spotty details on how to program the gate etc. I also had Steve out to service the gate once and asked for an annual service, but there was no follow through in setting that up. I subsequently needed repairs to the gate, basically two boards replaced, which had warped. I was quoted a ridiculously high price so I opted to look around. I found no one wants to repair gates they didn't install, so came back to Plymstock a year later and asked if they'd honor the quote or if they wanted to come out and requote. 4-5 emails and several phone calls later I still couldn't get a reply. I would beware using this company for installation if you think you will need them for servicing over time. It seems this is of no interest to them.

From the initial enquiry through to installation and aftercare, Steve, Luke and the team have been brilliant. They were helpful, knowledgable and thorough. I couldn't be happier with my CCTV system and would highly recommend Plymstock Security Systems to anyone.
