Paul is very knowledgeable and reliable, I had my wireless alarm fitted 6 years ago and still now years on he is always happy to help when I’ve had a problem. Top class customer service and highly recommended
Absolutely amazing out of hours service. Recently I called Tpps out of hours, as our alarm system started ringing with no end in sight. I was not an existing customer, instead I found their number over Google and called. They were very helpful over the phone, and actually advised us to NOT call them out and spend the money unnecessarily, and instead provided great advice as to how to stop the external chime - any other company would have instantly accepted the call out charge. This great service immediately meant that I had to write this review (at 11pm - 45 minutes after getting in touch with Tpps). Highly recommended.
Paul has installed both CCTV and an alarm system for us. He was just great. He took the time to explain everything to us, the quality of the CCTV is spot on. He's at the end of the phone when I have a question. Best of all, his prices are extremely competitive. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Paul to anyone considering installing an alarm and/or CCTV.
Paul came and fitted a camera system a few months ago the quality of work was first class. Everything worked fine but while on holiday there was a problem. He spent time talking to me on how to resolve it over the phone at no cost to me. How many people would do this. He would of called out but as I was away this could'nt be done . But said I can sort this over the phone no problem. Many thanks to you Paul.
Can't recommend Tpps enough - truly exceptional service! We had an issue with a pre-installed and discontinued alarm system. Rang an out of hours number and Paul responded instantly with advice and guidance on how to stop the alarm constantly going off. He asked for a photo and talked me through how to disable it and prevent it ringing unnecessarily. Following his instructions, I did it no problem. Really appreciate that his very first approach was to talk through it so there was no need for a call out fee - he's truly there to help people!
We were in need of a replacement for our old alarm and had been given TPPS as a recommendation from 2 different sources. Cannot fault the service, easy to contact and quick to response with a quote. Booked a date for installation, turned up bang on schedule and did a great job with the installation (clean, tidy & quicker than I expected). From start to finish a very professional, efficient service which I would highly recommend to others.
