One wire is loose from hard drive so our cctv comes up as no signal. When spoke to the guy he was so rude. I have never heard someone so rude and disrespectful over the phone. Literally screaming down the phone. Told me to take my request elsewhere in such a disgusting tone. Never will I tolerate being spoken to like that. So treat your customers with respect and dignity. Every individual deserves respect!!!!!
Swift cctv recently installed the alarm and cctv system in my house. I found them to be professional, courteous and happy to answer any questions I had. I believe they have set me up with a state of the art security system and I’m happy. I would recommend them without hesitation. Thank you Lee Swift for an excellent job!

Called a couple of numbers for my cctv that after having a new broadband supplier I could not get connected to view the cameras. But Wali called me back within 10 mins offered me a time slot on a Saturday morning and turned up bang on time at 12 am. He gave me a call out quote and got on with the task,simple fix I had not connected a cable or it had come out moving the cabinet it is installed in, doesn’t matter I would not have found it he set the clocks, the time and tweaked it for optimum viewing. A very nice fella discussed some other cameras I have bought for an upgrade and gave good advice and knows his stuff. Awaiting another quote from him and would definitely recommend. Thanks Wali
I first used Swift 3 years ago when my cctv wasn’t working as they provided the cheapest quote. I was very happy with the work and the installer did not stop until he was able to fix the problem. I was having trouble with my cctv app and so called Swift again last week. I also wanted to have a Ring doorbell installed. The price quoted was reasonable and the installer came out the next day and resolved everything despite not being familiar with the software I had. He checked all of the set ups on my phone before leaving too. I would highly recommend Swift and would use them again if I needed anything home security related doing. Thanks!
