Aftercare Service. Thank you, Khurram, for your support when our CCTV system stopped working. Your calm, clear and patient guidance was greatly appreciated. Thank you for taking the time to talk us through the issue and ensuring everything was resolved. Happy customer Afia

Excellent service - had an issue today (6 months after install). They took my call immediately and then setup a video call to troubleshoot the issue. It was fixed in minutes. Very impressed with their engagement during the install, now several months later when I needed their support. Thanks 👏👏👏

My husband and I had a cctv system fitted several years ago by Jacob, he was very professional then and very knowledgable We had a new box last year where we could receive camera footage on our phones, unfortunately my husband lost connectivity a couple of days ago so i got in touch with Jacob and he was brilliant, he spent time with us talking us through instructions so my husband could review footage We are so grateful to Jacob for being so patient with us as neither my husband or I are tech savvy Thanks again Jacob, and it was lovely talking to you again after so many years 👍 Great company and i would definitely recommend 👍👍

Really happy with the service - Ricky is very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and tried to keep the costs down for us without compromising quality. His work is really neat and he’s very tidy. We have booked in more work to be done with him. Highly recommend!

CCTV Focus UK recently installed a Hikvision CCTV package for one of our commercial sites and the whole experience was genuinely excellent. Communication from start to finish was spot on. Ricky handled the installation and was brilliant throughout. He was knowledgeable, efficient, and easy to get on with, which definitely helped on a long day that somehow went by quickly with a few good laughs. Khurram was our first point of contact and was refreshingly informative without any pushy sales approach. Danny dealt with the admin side and was consistently on point, replying quickly and sending everything over promptly. Overall, a really smooth and positive experience. I’d happily recommend them to anyone looking for a personal or commercial CCTV system.

Great experience with CCTV Focus from start to finish. Khurram was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. He took the time to properly assess everything and explained the whole process clearly, which gave me a lot of confidence. What stood out most was how honest and trustworthy the service was—nothing was rushed and no corners were cut. Everything was discussed and approved with me first, and they double-checked every detail before going ahead. Communication was excellent throughout. The installation was done to a very high standard—neat, discreet, and very professional. You can tell they take real pride in their work. Reliable, hard-working, and genuinely customer-focused.Fantastic pricing and flexible packages to suit different needs and budgets. They can also source high-quality cameras and all necessary equipment, making the whole process easy and stress-free. I would definitely recommend CCTV Focus.
