Ridiculous company. The call out technician is the rudest businessman I have come across, he has asked me to pay £150 for him to reset my access on my phone for my cameras. Upon asking if there’s anything I can do on my end to maybe gain access, he’s advised to have himself come and sort things. When explaining how £150 is a lot to pay especially if it’s something that can be done over the phone with guidance, he’s told me he needs to pay tax and his time is valuable. Had many issues in the past with this company. Would NOT recommend

arrived on time and provided a few different options for the system and layout we wanted. Dan communicated with us throughout the entire job and offered excellent aftercare, answering all our follow-up questions. Highly recommend I would use them again in the future without hesitation
Really happy with the service. The team were friendly, professional, and quick to reply. I had two cameras installed in December and only recently got them connected to the internet — loads of useful features and everything works really well. Very good value for the price and I’d happily recommend them.
I had a call-out for my CCTV hard drive to be replaced and Daniel handled the job brilliantly. He was extremely helpful, professional, and explained everything clearly so I understood what had gone wrong and what needed to be done. The work was done quickly and properly, and he made sure the whole system was working perfectly before leaving. Really appreciated the friendly service and clear communication. Highly recommended!
Don’t usually leave reviews but this definitely deserves one. Had our first CCTV camera’s installed by them in 2021. Got another one done today. Brilliant job as always by Dan. Would highly recommend AI CCTV for your safety. Excellent quality! Will not be disappointed at all :)
