DSM Security

Highly recommend DSM Security. We have used DSM for a couple of years to maintain our new build standard fitted security alarm. They have always been very competitive and are onsite in a timely manner from point of enquiry. We recently looked to upgrade and expand our security system along with CCTV and DSM have been fantastic. From initial enquiry via their web form their office/administrative & planning individual (I won't use names for their confidentiality) has been phenomenally responsive (even at 10pm on a Friday evening when I wasn't expecting a response until Monday morning). Pricing/costs have been quoted, clearly defined and transparent on a line by line basis, ensuring you have full visibility of any installation you are looking for. Communication has been extremely prompt and booking any work incredibly straight forward, confirmation of booking and Engineers show up when you are told they will. Their engineers/installation team have also been fantastic. Their young engineer (again I won't state names for their confidentiality) has been exceptional. A very knowledgeable young man, who is polite and courteous and always wanting to ensure you as the customer are happy and content with the work provided. He has maintained and upgraded our security system and fitted our CCTV, and has been exceptional throughout. I would highly recommend DSM if you require any security systems or other services they provide.

Highly recommend Dsm security ! Replaced and old hardwired alarm system to a new wireless alarm system with app control. From the first call with Justine in the office to the two young engineers it was all handled smoothly and neat and tidy tradesman. We are delighted with our new system.

Absolutely fantastic service from David and his team. I had a break in to my property and needed the CCTV downloaded for the police. David sent the guys along and they transferred the footage onto a USB stick.This was so clear and although they had masks on the police were impressed with the images. Davie and Trish installed four 4k CCTV cameras on my house and I couldn't be happier. Their eye for detail and keeping things neat and tidy was exceptional, it really does make a big difference.
