They provided a quote to do simple work in setting up and alarm at my property, however sorted weeks for a quote which I continually chased. They then informed me they couldn't do a job for to the complexity. Very unhelpful. I remained amicable and professional however the staff showed little care. Overall I would not recommend Ifire
Couldn't be more appalled by the service from this company. I was sold an alarm with an app with no mention of ongoing annual costs, first I knew of the subscription was when an invoice arrived, the installer drilled right through my newly installed roof and, now the app isn't working properly they're refusing to help me without additional charge!
Very professional firm , Great customer service and answered every question I had to ask about system etc Spoken through everything in manual not once but twice to make sure I didn’t miss anything and how the system works also cleaned up after himself while he worked away Well recommend this company 10/10 for there service and there engineer who was called John he was a great guy
Job was done well and on time as expected and would recommend. Would have liked a call after install to discuss any questions or issues. Communication could be better with regards to invoicing, payment etc. Also called a few times without an answer.
From our initial visit from Derek for the quotation, through to the installation, iFire's service has been excellent. They have been understanding and patient regarding our issues with broadband activation. The installation ran smoothly and the guys thoughtfully did a tidy job and cleaned up afterwards. Thoroughly recommend.
David at iFire was very helpful and was able to accommodate an install for us at short notice. The installation was flawless and David took the time to explain all the features of the alarm. Would recommend!
IFire were recommended to me by a friend and did not disappoint, turned up on time, fitted alarm without any disruption, engineer explained all I needed to know regards operation of the system, nice friendly and helpful staff, very satisfied and would highly recommend IFire.
