I am so glad I chose to use this company. Great process from start to finish. Derek handled my query over the phone and explained the pricing structure clearly. Stuart, who carried out the work, turned up early (unheard of!) and worked diligently to fix my intercom. It wasn’t an easy job, being that it’s an old tenement building with lots of quirks and complexities, but watching Stuart work it out was so impressive. A true professional! I cannot tell you how grateful our stairwell is for the expertise, honesty and speed Derek worked at. The stair buzzer stopped working and we had another company initially looking at the problem. This other company couldn't seem to identify the issue and we lost faith in them. Derek asked lots of questions, went to physically look at the system, and quickly identified and fixed it. His quote was clear and he also quoted for some optional additional work which was incredibly useful. Would not hesitate to recommend Derek, just wish we had used him from the start!

Had issues with our tenement intercom, and Edinburgh Intercom Doctor was great from start to finish. They explained costs clearly, assessed our old call panel, and gave a fair quote for an upgrade. There were some delays waiting for parts and even a price increase, but Derek kept his word and honoured the original quote. Once everything arrived, installation was quick and professional. Derek was easy to contact, honest, and transparent. Highly recommend — we’re already planning to use them again for our stair lighting!
Exceptional Customer Service From the outset Derek explained my options to resolve a somewhat complex configuration with my current security access set up.
