We had Mitchells install our alarm system a couple of years ago and everything went smoothly. Recently we upgraded our router and had a nightmare about moving everything over. The alarm was the last thing and I was apprehensive about connecting it up. I reached out to Mitchells this morning via email and got a phone call talking me through the process, 3 mins later job done! Local company, excellent service. I can't recommend highly enough. Excellent communication and service from start to finish. The engineer who carried out the work was friendly and very good at explaining what was needed and he carried out the work effectively and efficiently, sooner than I had anticipated. I wouldn't hesitate to use Mitchell's again.
