From start to finish they were professional, friendly, and took real care with every part of the installation. They didn’t just fit it — they went above and beyond to help, making sure everything was set up perfectly, explained clearly, and even sorted extra little things I hadn’t thought of. Contacted David after having my initial install done by Pollock Home Security who failed to assist me with aftercare when their system broke down. David and his son attended at my home and from the outset was friendly, presentable and professional treating my home like it was his own. He could have stung me for a whole new system but clearly an honest engineer who is a credit to his industry because he got my system up and running again and fixed all the cables that unfortunately were amateurish to say the least when installed by Pollock Home Security. Will be recommending David to family and friends and hope to cross paths again when I upgrade my system in the future. Thanks again David and son 👌

Absolutely brilliant service from David came same day and sorted issue

One of the most professional installers I’ve come across. David visited beforehand to assess the property before providing a quote. As our house was a bit tricky, he explained different installation options clearly. On the installation day, David arrived on time and completed the work neatly and professionally. He installed all the cameras and ensured everything was tidy. He also took the time to explain how to use and set up the system on the app. The CCTV cameras are of extremely high quality. I’m a very happy customer and would 💯 recommend his services.

I’ve also had cctv before who messed all my cctv total mess but this lovely guy took away all mess and cables. When fitting came on time and date arranged not messed around or tried to rearrange. Very friendly explained all to me. Very quick and very very tidy thank goodness. Highly recommended very easy and smooth as I said all spot on timing for fitting for 3 cameras no mess done a great job in and out done genuine recommended to all!!!
