In Bothwell, the firm’s work on CCTV, alarms and related electrical tasks has drawn consistent praise. Reece is named frequently as the professional carrying out installations, with customers describing external camera setups, doorbell fitting, wireless cameras and repairs to existing alarm panels. Hikvision Hilook equipment is singled out for coverage and night vision. Punctuality stands out, including same-day attendance following earlier let-downs and jobs finished sooner than anticipated. A point made in several accounts is the clear guidance provided before work starts and the helpful support afterwards, such as remote camera adjustments and setting alarm systems up on a mobile phone.

Reviewers also note the absence of yearly costs compared with previous arrangements and pricing described as fair for the work done. Automatic gate repairs are mentioned, along with garden socket installation and assistance with home automation that was affecting heating. Honesty, trustworthiness and a tidy approach recur, as does effective communication from start to finish. The consistent theme is prompt, knowledgeable work on security and electrical installations, with issues resolved on site and advice given throughout.
