We already had the Ajax alarm system which is excellent but we were keen to add CCTV front and back. Andy and Liam turned up on time, were very courteous and we had our cameras installed in our desired locations within 3 hours. We were then given a tutorial on how to use the system. Very happy

We wanted to fit security cameras at our home and researched a number of companies including CSS. Having read many positive reviews and impressed by the products and service on their website, we decided to contact them for a quotation. Their representative Gary made an appointment and discussed our requirements. We explained what we were looking for and Gary asked if we would ever consider a full alarm system, explaining the benefits of a modern system which worked in tandem with the cameras we required. Having considered the information and costs provided, we decided that this option was more suitable to our needs. The installation was carried out by Ryan and Chris, who were professional, pleasant and considerate. They clearly had good knowledge and experience of fitting such systems and wasted no time carrying out a professional job to our satisfaction. Overall we are very pleased with how the system is operating, the quality of images provided to our phones and the simplicity of use. Customer Support were on hand when additional information was requested and we have been thoroughly impressed by all the team we have been in contact with. We would have no hesitation recommending CSS to anyone in the future.

George and the team at Contact Security Services are first class. I’ve been a customer of theres for the last 2 years and recently moved house. They removed my existing kit from my old property the day before we moved out and installed it into my new property with a few additional items the day after obtaining the keys. Our experience of dealing with Contact has been first class. Five years ago we had our first system installed and this was replaced with the updated Ajax system last year. We have also had Contact replace the smoke alarms in our home to give us enhanced connectivity. Friendly and helpful service and always a prompt response to calls.
