Arc alarms have got to be the best alarm company ever 20 plus yrs of alarms fitted ,updated and outdoor cameras , perimeters, lighting nothing is to much for this family based company who have a team that we have found both friendly,reliable, honourable and trustworthy , we have had many homes friends and family introduced to this outstanding company who are so clean you'd never know they've been , Mat came out yesterday to do the yearly mot another true professional on the team he was, informative respectfull and completed an outstanding yearly service the team at Ark Alarms we wish you one and all a fantastic Christmas 🎄
Our alarm was installed about 12 years ago - it’s been perfect and never missed a beat. The service from the company is exceptional and the staff are all very personable, I would highly recommend Arc Alarms.
I highly recommend arc. The ladies in the office and EVERY engineer I've had contact with, are the nicest people your meet. A customer for 12 years. Prices are great for the standard of customer service and commitment to making sure your alarm is at its best. Great annual service today from Andy. A lovely polite, respectful gent.

Had our security system upgraded, very pleased with the product and service, from initial survey and quotation through to installation. Good communication, and contacted afterwards to ensure all ok.
