Alarm Systems Greater Midlands have looked after our CCTV, intruder alarm and fire alarm systems for around four years and have always provided excellent service. They originally installed our CCTV and intruder alarm systems when we opened our Birmingham branch and have continued to support us ever since. Around two years later, when we needed a fire alarm system, we had no hesitation in returning to ASG based on our previous experience. The team are knowledgeable, professional and quick to respond whenever we need assistance. We’ve always found them to be competitively priced, honest in their advice and reliable in the support they provide. It’s reassuring to work with a company that genuinely cares about its customers and takes pride in what they do. ASG are brilliant! Have been using them for 3+ years for test & inspection, breakdowns and installation(s) at our commercial sites. Moody engineering and sales staff with no customer service skills, but they get the job done.
Just had an alarm service carried out by engineer Paul. He was punctual, polite and patient in terms of explaining everything. ASG fitted our alarm nearly 30 years and it continues to serve us well.
