CCTV 101

An absolutely brilliant experience with this CCTV 101 and Jay. After the business I work for was broken into we wanted to get CCTV installed on the premises as quickly as possible. After making enquiries at various places I found CCTV 101 and from the moment the call was answered I knew I had found the right company. Jay was extremely knowledgeable and was excellent on the phone and spend the time advising me on what would be best. He provided me with 2 quotes as we worked out exactly what we needed. Once we had decided on specification Jay worked with us to get the equipment to us as quickly as possible. Despite only receiving the delivery of the cameras we required the very day we wanted to collect he worked with us at every step of the way to arrange collection so we can get them installed and feel secure at our premises again. I will certainly be a returning customer to get CCTV sorted for our home. Absolutely above and beyond service from Jay and CCTV 101 and I could not recommend this company highly enough.

We would like to give more than 5 stars to Jay for his wonderful help and in getting the item to us so quickly, thank you so much Jay. However, the camera itself is not the best quality so just three starts for the camera but that wasn't Jay's fault. Thank you Jay for all your help.

Absolutely brilliant service received from cctv101. I wanted to replace my old cctv system as the picture quality was poor. The staff member went through in detail what the best options were for my setup before I purchased a DVR and cameras.

Very helpful. More importantly, all the kit that they recommended, along with their recommendation of connecting it to the British Videoloft, worked perfectly, straight out of the box. Great company to deal with.

I went here with my dad to get a new dvr system to replace our old one. The customer service was fantastic. The employee or owner walked us through every step of the way, such as setting it up on our phones to installing the hard drive for us and checking the settings were all correct. they could not have been any more helpful or friendly.highly recommended to anyone.

I visted CCTV101 a few weeks ago for CCTV cameras for my new property. I had Googled several suppliers in the area but found the prices at cctv101 very reasonable with a great selection of products. I purchased 5 SPRO POE cameras and a NVR unit after having a very detailed talk with Sajid. I was very impressed with his technical knowledge and he was able to help me choose the best system for my needs. The after sales care was was excellent, Sajid was able to help me set up the system and the settings for all the cameras which was daunting for me to tackle. Overall i beleieve I purchased fantastic cameras and feel comfortable knowing that if there ever was an issue i can speak to Sajid and the team and that I was able to purchase the ideal system for my property. I would not hestitate to recommend CCTV101 for your security cameras or accessories that you may wish to purchase as there prices are very competitive that coupled with excellent customer service you cant really go wrong.

If only I could give less than 1*! I asked for a simple refund a day after I purchased some fly lead cables because they didn't work for me. The guy who seemed like a manager/owner tested the cables with no fault found - I didn't have an issue with this, but the cables were no good to me. He was arrogant and rude with his responses. The thing that annoyed me more than his attitude, is that he said "it's only a few pounds". Not realising that he's just lost more business as I was looking for a full set up on a different project. On a side note - these guys are way more expensive in comparison to other companies, who also provide a better service and after care service. Avoid this place unless you're desperate.
