WSS group were amazing help. Our door entry handset was obsolete and they manage to source something out and were able to replace it. Many other companies or individual professionals would cancel this type of job but WSS took it on for no extra cost and did an amazing job at a very fair price. Special thanks to Alan the engineer who was friendly, professional and very communicative. If needed in future I would definitely use WSS group again and recommend them to others.

WSS installed our door entry system almost a year ago, had a fault, reported it and within 24 hours of reporting it was fixed the next morning, very quick, professional and efficeint, will be looking to take out maintenace program. The systems they use ensures that you are kept up to date throughout the process, great for commincating back and forward.

Got a replacement door entry handset installed today the workers from the girl on the fone that took the order to the guys that came and installed were very professional and tidy they even done some filler and repainted were the old hand set was witch I was not expecting atall cannot fault the service they have provided would definitely recommend. They are very reasonably priced was all very straightforward from the start.

The woman I spoke to on the phone was really polite and helpful. Booking the appointment for the buzzer repair was hassle free. The workman Alan, he was really professional, well presented, so polite and knew exactly what he was doing, repaired very quickly (again without hassle). Really 10/10 service from start to finish.
