We had our alarm and CCTV system installed by this company through our builder, and unfortunately the experience has been very disappointing. Although the system was set up, one of the five cameras has never worked properly. We made repeated attempts to contact Hassan via calls and messages over a long period of time, but received no response. On the one occasion we did manage to get through, he claimed the issue was the builder’s responsibility. However, when we spoke to the builder, they confirmed it had nothing to do with them and even attempted to contact Hassan directly themselves—also receiving no response. It has now been two years, and we feel we have been more than patient in giving him the opportunity to fix the problem. It is particularly frustrating as the system was paid for in full. We can only assume there may be some unresolved issue on his side relating to previous work involving a chipped staircase glass panel, which was replaced by the builder. However, this has nothing to do with us as customers and should not affect aftercare service. Overall, we are highly disappointed with the lack of professionalism, poor communication, and complete absence of after-sales support. We would not recommend this company based on our experience. As the matter remains unresolved and the camera still requires repair, we are open to resolving this and would welcome Hassan to contact us to put things right.

If I could give a company minus reviews, this would be top on my list. I got an alarm and cameras fitted outside my home 2 years ago and this company has given me nothing but grief. From the clear lack of experience workers who were sent to me on day one, to their service today. I’ve had several issues and every time I’ve flagged them, I don’t receive a response from Hassan or his team for weeks. And when they eventually have the time in their ‘busy’ schedule to respond they ask for call out fee every time. However if the system was as excellent as it’s pitched to be then there wouldn’t be issues within the first year or two in my opinion. It’s unacceptable. The last time I messaged Hassan was months ago and I am still awaiting a response. Extremely disappointed to write a negative review especially when there are so many positive ones on here. I’m now in the process of restarting my entire alarm system from scratch with a new company and suggest anybody looking to work with Hassan, to AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Hassan and his team are consummate professionals and highly recommend them to all. We had been massively let down by another company who had made a complete mess of automating our gates. Hassan knew exactly where all the errors were and ensured he put everything right and we could not be happier with the results. Hassan and team are so hard working and at all times extremely polite and respectful not only to their clients but also their property. Unlike many other companies when you ring they always pick up or get straight back to you and the after sales is excellent too.
