James was professional, friendly, and kept us informed throughout the installation with excellent communication. The quality of the workmanship is exceptional – all of the cabling has been hidden neatly, leaving a really clean and professional finish. Once everything was installed, James took the time to explain how the system works and made sure I was comfortable using all of the features before he left. It’s clear he takes great pride in his work and genuinely cares about providing excellent customer service. I spoke to James after being let down by a different company. I'm glad they did, as this is a far superior system and so easy to use, even by a technophobe like me! James's first visit was to assess the house and the second visit was the installation. Essentially, he just gets on with it; no fuss, no bother and tidies up after himself. What's not to like? As people have already mentioned, this isn't the cheapest system, but you get what you pay for; I'm very happy and would highly recommend James and Above Security.
