Absolutely first class from Tritech. Our original installer was demanding £XXX to replace a battery Pyronix alarm system. Either we coughed up or they wouldn't attend as they were allegedly too busy. Admittedly we had been concerned about our panel flashing faults for a few days but needn't have. Called Tritech, they attended same day and sorted for a competitive price. Brilliant all round. Would add no one has asked to leave this review, it's simply compelled by good old fashioned service, value and honesty. Thanks Tritech
Very poor service. Phoned for a quote, “ yes no bother, I’ll send you it next day” 2days later .hi wondering how my quote is getting on. “ oh I’m far too busy to have done that” Oh well then I’ll just take my business elsewhere in case you’re far too busy to fit it, service it or maintain it….. poor service. Or just too busy 🙄
Couldn’t complain about this company excellent service and good quality alarms always attend at appointed time. Would happily recommend to anyone. Very reasonable prices and quality workmanship.
Great service and quality work. Took the time to explain my alarm system until I was happy and fully understood. Their prices are also very competitive; bonus. Had my alarm for three years now and serviced annually. Thank you Robert and William
