Edinburgh Intercom Repair Doctor & Locksmith Service

Great service. Really professional job. Well worth the money. Intercom fixed and main door doesn't bang anymore. Yippee. Thanks for the service. Definitely recommend your services to others.

I am a handyman and a simple handset change quickly turned into a nightmare. The team have helped me in the first place and thereafter came to my rescue when i couldn't do the job. Best Intercom repair guys in Edinburgh I am very grateful for their help, offering great value and such an understanding approach, something that is very lacking in today's companies. 5 stars They have my full backing and I fully recommend them to anyone

I am so glad I chose to use this company. Great process from start to finish. Derek handled my query over the phone and explained the pricing structure clearly. Stuart, who carried out the work, turned up early (unheard of!) and worked diligently to fix my intercom. It wasn’t an easy job, being that it’s an old tenement building with lots of quirks and complexities, but watching Stuart work it out was so impressive. A true professional! I couldn’t recommend these guys enough. Honest business, fair price, job done quickly. Thank you!!

I cannot tell you how grateful our stairwell is for the expertise, honesty and speed Derek worked at. The stair buzzer stopped working and we had another company initially looking at the problem. This other company couldn't seem to identify the issue and we lost faith in them. Derek asked lots of questions, went to physically look at the system, and quickly identified and fixed it. His quote was clear and he also quoted for some optional additional work which was incredibly useful. Would not hesitate to recommend Derek, just wish we had used him from the start!

Derek and Stuart are awesome - professional, reliable and highly expert. They knew exactly what was wrong with our door entry system, and how to fix it. We can confidently highly recommend them - thank you guys! :)

Had issues with our tenement intercom, and Edinburgh Intercom Doctor was great from start to finish. They explained costs clearly, assessed our old call panel, and gave a fair quote for an upgrade. There were some delays waiting for parts and even a price increase, but Derek kept his word and honoured the original quote. Once everything arrived, installation was quick and professional. Derek was easy to contact, honest, and transparent. Highly recommend — we’re already planning to use them again for our stair lighting!

Exceptional Customer Service From the outset Derek explained my options to resolve a somewhat complex configuration with my current security access set up. The service I experienced from start to finish was excellent and was very refreshing in the current climate. Having been let down by other service providers I was delighted with the outcome and cannot recommend these guys highly enough. We will certainly call upon their services in the future should the need arise.
