Simply amazing - Ecam were employed to update the outdated alarm system at our industrial plant. Could not be happier with their service -several systems we shown and the pro’s/con’s of each explained an informed decision could be made. The Ecam team arrived on site early, stripped out the old system and before we knew it the new system was up and running. We are impressed with the product and Ecams service therefore would highly recommend them to others.
Had the cameras from previous home owners. Ecam transffered to us efficiently but cameras stopped working within 2 months. Staff at the phone tried resolving the issue over the phone but it didnt work and have to book engineer. I am giving 3 stars for the moment because wasim kindly called and asked me the issue and will try to resolve it soon. Once i receive the service i will rate again.
Got a cctv system installed by Ecam which I purchased myself. Well happy with the quality of installation and the detail in explaining the features of the system. Installation team was very helpful and cleaned up after themselves. The lady in the office was amazing from beginning to end. Even got a call a couple of days later from her asking how I was finding the system and if I had any issues. Highly recommended
