This morning, a CSS engineer arrived to take over my intruder alarm system, and the service was excellent. He clearly explained the process upfront and then efficiently completed the work. His deep knowledge of the alarm panel made the takeover straightforward, and he even quickly got me set up on the cloud app, which was a welcome relief after a previous company's failure to do so. Before leaving, he inspected all the devices to ensure everything was functioning correctly. Thank you again for the swift take over.

Cheeky lot....sent an email in October for a service etc and we had had one in June. Why the service so soon. Rang them and they said you are on a 6 monthly service. I said we were an MJA customer and we had been on an annual contract and had never had a six monthly service. ''Oh we can take you off, would you like that?'' I said yes only an annual for us. Basically trying to scam you into paying twice for same service. And you have to book any service online in future, what happened to human beings at the other end of a phone.

CSS have acquired Graham Robertson Security Systems. To which installed and maintained my home alarm system without any issues. Called this morning after a small issue to discover the take over and they would not offer any assistance...all I wanted was to speak with an engineer! No good will, all the time the call centre/office woman I spoke with stated I was not on an annual account and could not find my records. Poor service, especially as I know the founders - apologies extended - sorted the issue rapidly with a small, customer-focused company. Summary: poor customer service and £€$.
