CCTV Direct Ltd

CCTV Direct Ltd was founded in 2007 and is a distributor of CCTV and security products. It supplies brands including Uniview, AJAX, Hanwha, VueNet, and TwilightPro. The company provides CCTV systems, IP CCTV cameras, wireless alarms, and access control products. CCTV Direct Ltd has a store in Leeds.

CCTV Direct Ltd supplies closed circuit television equipment and related surveillance products, and the accounts left by customers concentrate on the technical support and stock availability that surround that trade. The company carries substantial inventory of UNV cameras, recorders and accessories, and buyers note that orders are picked and dispatched without delay, even during busy periods and at the turn of the year.

Several reviewers describe the advice given over the counter and by telephone as patient and detailed, singling out Daniel Lee from the technical department for the time he took to talk through configuration problems, including adding an indoor camera to an existing NVR rather than a memory card. Lamont Marshall is named in similar terms as someone who asks about the customer's requirements and then points to a suitable home security solution, making the process straightforward.

A point made in several accounts is the way queries are answered quickly, whether the customer is in the shop or on the phone, and the same helpfulness extends to troubleshooting when a device is already mounted. Reviewers also highlight the presentation of shipments and the clarity of the online catalogue when sourcing UNV kit. The recurring theme is dependable supply backed by staff who know the equipment well.
