Recurring praise for Meridian Security centres on the helpfulness and reliability of its team, whether customers are dealing with a stubborn lock, an alarm that needs fitting or routine maintenance. Reviews regularly refer to that appointments are kept and call-backs come promptly, with Lee singled out as friendly, trustworthy and efficient when sorting out a door lock without fuss. The installation side draws similar comments: Luke and Ryan are described as professional and informative, explaining how to use a new security system and carrying out alarm fitting to a high standard.

Several accounts highlight the quality of the products and the advice given, including the re-keying of Avocet ABS cylinders and the supply of new keys, with work completed to exact requirements and budgets described as reasonable. Office staff such as Leanne, Kim and John also come in for frequent thanks, as does the general friendliness of everyone encountered in store and over the phone. Long-standing customers note years of trouble-free maintenance visits and smooth communication from quote through to aftercare, with Horsforth-based clients returning again and again for lock work, system installation and upkeep.
