From the initial call out to disable a malfunctioning alarm to fitting a new alarm, Steve and Jake were brilliant. They solved the problem of the new control panel being smaller than the existing one, cleared everything away, explained everything and were both friendly and professional. Used this company today after a recommendation from another trader. I had a fault with my house alarm and Steve was able to diagnose and fix it with minimum fuss and cost and was very transparent about what needed to be done and what didn't ! Great service and highly recommend 5☆
Installed my 365 home security alarm 5 years ago, had to change battery on door sensors. Fault code appeared and app stopped working. Rang 365 security and they were amazing and problem sorted with in a couple of minutes. You will get prompt support even after 5 years. Highly recommend.
