Alarmsafe 24hr Repairs & . Installs receives recurring praise from Bristol customers for the speed of its response to faulty alarms, with reviewers describing attendance on the same day or the following morning after a call or message. Andy, who is named repeatedly, is portrayed as knowledgeable, polite and efficient, explaining the appropriate approach before starting work. Feedback covers burglar alarm faults, batteries that had run flat, keypads that kept sounding following a power cut and systems that had been beeping overnight, alongside servicing and maintenance of existing house alarms.

A theme running through the feedback is the transparency of pricing, with charges described as reasonable, fair and free of unexpected extras, and several reviewers note that quotes and appointments were arranged quickly, including flexibility when a visit needed rearranging. Communication is highlighted before and after the work, as are thoroughness and care, such as fitting a replacement battery and then testing the entire system. Difficulties that previous contractors had not resolved are said to have been dealt with in one visit, and customers mention arranging annual servicing.
