I-SPY

I-Spy CCTV is a Bristol-based CCTV and alarm installer serving Bristol and the South West, including Yate, Chipping Sodbury, Winterbourne, Coalpit Heath, Frampton Cotterell, Bath and South Gloucestershire. The company installs professional systems from Dahua and Hikvision, and qualifying equipment supplied and installed by I-Spy carries up to a 3-year product warranty.

Systems are bought outright with no subscription or monthly fees, and optional professional monitoring is available through an independent NSI Gold-approved centre. I-Spy provides security for residential, commercial, retail and industrial premises, and has supplied and maintained construction site CCTV. Its office is in Bristol and installers cover areas within an 80-mile radius. Kevin Elliott is associated with the company.

Kevin’s responsiveness and the advice he gives before a job begins are the threads that tie together what people say about I-SPY in Bristol. Reviewers repeatedly note that he helps them work out which equipment suits their home or shop without any hard sell, and that questions posed later are answered just as promptly. When the fitting takes place, the work is described as neat and carefully planned, with cameras and alarm components placed thoughtfully and the property left in good order; a walkthrough at the end ensures the system is understood.

Something that features in review after review is how quickly matters move, from the first survey and quote to the actual installation, and one household recalls a camera and alarm setup in a new build progressing exactly as scheduled. The reassurance the cameras provide is another common theme, with owners glad to see who approaches their premises, including the occasional fox. Customers speak of returning for security work at later addresses, and of ongoing guidance valued as much as the original fitting. Kevin is the member of staff named throughout these accounts.
