I have just had my entrance door system upgraded, it is much better than the previous system, I now feel even more secure! I would also like to show my appreciation to Alex who installed the equipment, he was very professional, informative and friendly.

I’ve been using Cap Security for years and cannot fault their excellent service . Their prices are reasonable and any urgent problems they’re Swift to respond. I would highly recommend them to any individual or company.

Brilliant company. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, both in the office and the engineers. Completely different to other alarm companies I'd contacted - C A P are honest and only charge you for what you need - no hard upsell or pushy sales tactics. I wouldn't go anywhere else now.

Fantastic company. Hugely knowledgeable and superb customer service. The Director Jim has so much knowledge and promptly arranged for an engineer to attend the next day to fix a fault with our house alarm. The engineer Kian was brilliant, very polite, knew our alarm system inside out. He corrected the fault and proceeded to service the system. Other companies I had called first response was to replace the system due to age, not CAP, they have a different approach. This was my first experience of CAP, it won't be our last. Highly recommended.

C.A.P Security installed and have maintained my alarm system over nearly two years. Recently the system developed a serious fault with its cloud communication. Leanne, in the office, quickly fitted in a technician appointment and Pjay swiftly sorted out the problem. Everything is now working perfectly again! I can thoroughly recommend this company

Just had a visit from Ollie this morning who was on time, wore a mask as requested and came fully equipped to fix our house alarm which was older than he is! Professional and knowledgeable throughout, he solved the problem and explained the process thoroughly. Checked the voltages across the system, all the PIRs, and replaced the battery which was long overdue for replacement. Every alarm company needs lots of Olivers. It's the first time we have used CAP Security, and only then because they were local to us. So glad we did, and it won't be our last. We cannot recommend them highly enough.

PJay and Oliver have been very professional and did a great job in restoring the CCTV. Communication is pretty easy with the company and the director Jim is always helpful
