Ace Fire & Security

Terrible experience, I called in order to get some fire extinguishers commissioned. I was sold 2 contracts which in turn meant I cancelled scheduled works as I was told it would all be done in house by 1 company. The engineer turned up 2 hours late without the equipment to complete the works required which has left me non compliant and unable to get another engineer out last minute. I was promised a call back to get me off the phone which I haven't had and when I try to call there is no answer. Anyone that would need to use this company would be doing so in order to be compliance. With an extremely low level of professionalism and false promises being made I would suggest you look elsewhere. I will be reporting them to their governing body.
