Fantastic company fixed an issue and did a full service as well as installing the app and configuring on our phones in less than an hour. Great value for money and great communication on when they would be able to attend.

Following a power cut the keypad on my alarm faulted so that you could no longer read the screen. I sent an enquiry to TPI Security and received a very prompt response. Tim arrived later that afternoon and diagnosed the problem (a new battery was needed) He checked over my system to make sure everything was back up and running ok. The whole process was smooth. Competitely priced & quick response. I would certainly recommend.

One Sunday evening after a brief split second power cut my neighbour contacted me to say that her house alarm had gone off inside the house and could I do anything to help. We have the same alarm system. All I could do was to let the alarm ring out and it stopped after about 20 minutes. The next morning I made a couple of phone calls to alarm companies and found that TPI had a very reasonable price to service an alarm and they were based only a couple of minutes away. An appointment was made for the following week but I received an email saying they couldn't make it because other work had taken longer than expected. Not a problem and it was good to be advised rather than them simply not turning up. An appointment was made for the following afternoon and Tim arrived on time. He replaced the backup battery which was old and had failed, as well as testing the system and resetting the user code. As we hadn’t had our alarm battery replaced for many years we asked him to check our system. Our battery was even older than our neighbour’s and had corroded terminals. A new battery was installed and again our system tested. We were happy with the service and price and would certainly recommend Tim based on this experience.

Fantastic service from initial enquiry to finish - returned call quickly, came out to replace our existing alarm battery quickly then reviewed alarm system at our request and made recommendations. Very personable and competitive call out fee and overall good price for upgrading current system. Highly recommended and very reliable and knowledgeable professional.

Initially 5 STAR but now after 2 years only 2 STAR ... TPI Security … Very happy with the installation , accepted the recommendation from Tim to upgrade the cameras .. All seemed very good . After approx. 16 / 18 months the IE software for live feed & playback became a problem .. With Microsoft removal of the IE browser. Accept this is not Tim's fault .. Finally manage to get the name of the manufacturer of the equipment & after a couple of emails and with the help of an IT expert the problem resolved fairly easily .. Very little help from TPI .. Now faced with a camera not going “ Live “ on any of our device’s iPhone / iPad or PC , Laptop etc .. It is the Camera out front and probably the most used .. Despite Text & Email to TPI Security we have had NO contact to rectify the fault .. OK it is probably just 2 years old BUT we are happy to pay to be sorted .. In my opinion the Original installation was 5 STAR BUT the Maintenance service supposedly offered by TPI is very poor .. Posted by C Parsons , March ..

After calling Tim at short notice was round within a hour, and sorted settings on my CCTV system very quickly ,and correctly , excellent service and knowledge , will certainly recommend Tim to any one who needs help with settings or repairs .
