Hawthorne Systems was formed in December 2024 when new ownership acquired SSY Group and rebuilt it as Hawthorne. The ownership team comes from a medical background; Dr Andrew Threadgold is a co-owner and Leanne Osborne is the Managing Director. The engineering team came across from SSY, and the company has over 20 years of experience. It has 600+ returning clients and monitors 500+ cameras daily.
