Rhino Security Ltd.

Fast delivery and knowledgeable support come up repeatedly in feedback about this Norwich-based security system installation service and supplier. Customers describe ordering bollards, replacement locks and security posts, with several noting that goods arrive promptly and well packaged, complete with clear fitting instructions. When questions arise, reviewers mention James and Laura by name, praising their prompt and helpful advice both before and after purchase. Installation teams, including Ryan and Ben, are described as friendly, polite and punctual, often arriving early and completing work neatly and cleanly.

An observation shared by more than one reviewer is the care taken to explain maintenance and assembly, with a proper handover once the job is finished. Reviewers also value the willingness to adapt on site, such as swapping longer bollards for shorter ones after a pipe was found beneath a drive, and the availability of spare parts for products already in use. Workmanship is described as high quality, whether fitting replacement posts or additional ones at an existing property, and communication throughout the process is reported as consistent and reassuring.
