Visited on Friday night from minute one to leaving everyone was so so welcoming. The owner was extremely welcoming spoke to us for at least half an hour and then they bounces Jan and Shane were also welcoming smiles on the face when we came in that always brings customers in as the number one rule next door I felt like I couldn’t as they weren’t smiling. They were quite grumpy and I felt unwelcome so well done to the team at nine and read it.

A huge thank you to Monarch Security Services for their outstanding support at our event last night. We've worked with security teams before, but Monarch brought something completely different. They didn't feel like security staff standing on the sidelines — they felt like part of the event. They celebrated alongside everyone, applauding every award winner, high-fiving players as they walked past, and helping create such a positive atmosphere throughout the evening. What impressed us most was the genuine care and empathy they showed from start to finish. As the night came to an end and emotions were running high for many people, every member of the team remained approachable, understanding, and incredibly professional. They treated everyone with kindness and respect, making what can often be a difficult part of an event feel much more personal and supportive. They are a fantastic group of people and an absolute credit to Monarch Security Services. Thank you for helping make the evening so special — we couldn't have asked for a better team. Attended Dubs In The Middle VW festival 2026 where these guys were working and they were all legends each and every one of them! Working in extreme heat with a lot of drunk (and otherwise) people but remained calm, polite, fair & firm at all times as well as having a laugh at the same time.

With out a doubt the best security we have had here. Ranjid and his team are always friendly and helpful. Will miss all the guys.
