I was in council house job centre whe. Randomly approached by ems staff asking me to leave I was not rude or aggressive in any way shape or form I asked for reason for them asking me to leave a public place as I had just attended my appointme and was on phone talking to dwp I asked for there details to make a formal complaint and was assaulted and grapled by 4 of ems employees causing me pain and injuries and the main culprits were of polish decent and extremely aggressive and physical br vary of these rogues and bullies

Very good security company Rules are rules breake them and action will be taken

As a buisness owner i am more than happy with EMS and their rapid response. One driver in particular whilst responding to our intruder alarm managed to arrive on site swifty enough to disturb and apprehend the intruders who were attempting to rob our offices, blocking in their vehicle and recovering the safe which had already been taken out of the building, and retrieving numerous server components resulting in convictions for two perpetrators ( one managed to get away ). I was as i am sure you can imagine, overwhelmed with the events of that night and Tash one of the top managers was able to assist me in getting repairs done swifty using her contacts. I have also taken her advice and upgraded the CCTV to 4k and 8k motorised ptz cameras and installed uninteruptable power supplies so they will record in the event of a loss of mains power supply ( similar to the ones we use on our servers ). Their knowledge in the security field is second to none and they could easily point out potential vulnerabilities i hadn't even considered in our datacenter and what could be done to rectify the issues to ensure our premisis are as inpenetrable as possible. I believe in highlighting poor customer service and also highlighting good customer service, and in this day an age customer services in many places is lacking to say the least, on this occasion i am happy to say East Midlands Security Services offer exceptional customer services.
