Lantec came in next day with a new hard drive, and discovering the whole unit had died, got a brand new unit and set it up and reconnected it to all the screens and apps .. all in the same afternoon. I spoke with Jemma and Hope and Matt attended. A great team and the price for the job was realistic too. Highly recommended!!

Tricky one. Fantastic engineer. Helpful office person. But they've gone AI, and ....it's not going well. A robotic AI bot books you in. AI tries to guess where to send the engineers and when, and makes a right hash of that. For something as critical as security for businesses, it's concerning. I know people are keen to save costs, but I'm not at all sure this is the step forward they were hoping for.

I had a security alarm fitted into my new house by Lantec, and it was amazing. The new panels fitted look sleek and the team from Lantec were great in fitting them in my house. They were tidy and took the time to show me how to use the alarm and app.
Lantec is a very good security company which I’ve contacted to install a Video Surveillance system and a Video Entry Door Bell. Their staff are very professional, knowledgeable, reliable, and polite. I highly recommend using them.
