JB Security Systems Ltd is described by reviewers as a dependable choice for home security work around Reading, with alarm and CCTV installations featuring regularly in their accounts. A handful of customers describe the team as friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, and one thing mentioned again and again is the punctuality and care taken on site. One account details an intermittent sensor fault being fitted in at short notice despite a heavy workload, with the visiting engineer praised for his expertise and manner.

Others highlight the thoroughness of an intruder alarm replacement, where the survey was followed precisely and the finished system explained in plain terms, including the accompanying app. Reviewers repeatedly mention that engineers arrive when arranged, work neatly and leave the property tidy, and that questions are answered clearly during handover.

Advice on home security is mentioned as detailed and patient, and the standard of finish on updated control panels and sensor covers is singled out. Longer-standing clients note consistent service over several years, and a recent CCTV installation is remembered for its focus, preparation and attention to detail from the outset. Training on the new equipment and the willingness to involve the household only where necessary also feature, with Mark and Jason named in individual accounts.
