He came out to fit a new outdoor alarm and replace the internal unit battery, and the entire experience was flawless. From the moment he arrived, Richard was exceptionally lovely, courteous, and genuinely engaging. It is rare to find someone who is so delightfully chatty and personable while remaining completely focused and professional. His work was efficient, meticulous, and absolutely pristine—he is a true master of his craft. He took the time to explain everything clearly, leaving me feeling completely confident in our home security and incredibly well taken care of. Had Ashton Alarms today replacing our very old system. The fitter dealt with some unexpected issues with the old system that arose with obvious expertise - and managed having an inquisitive labrador in the house! An excellent service from an excellent, skilled fitter. Highly recomended
