He was originally attending for what we believed to be an access-control issue with an automatic door, but he quickly and confidently diagnosed that the real problem was faulty electrical wiring. Not only did he clearly explain what was wrong, he resolved the issue efficiently and to a very high standard — well outside the original scope of the job. His problem-solving skills, technical knowledge and calm, professional manner were extremely reassuring. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend WLS. Exceptional service and a great example of someone who takes real pride in their work.

Not only was the WLS advisor Steven L friendly and quick to reply to our queries, but he also came down to our office free of charge to check our set-up to make sure that he could provide an accurate quotation. No other supplier we contacted offered this level of customer service, and I was very impressed!
