Unique Security Systems

Unique Security Systems Ltd is an independent company with more than 20 years of experience in the security industry. It serves domestic and commercial clients throughout London and specialises in domestic and commercial security systems.

The company provides intruder alarms, CCTV, access control, and security consultancy. It offers maintenance and repair services for systems installed by other companies and can take over maintaining and repairing virtually any system, regardless of installer. It also provides wireless alarms compatible with iOS and Android.

Across London, Unique Security Systems has built a reputation through house alarm work and security guarding, with customers describing installations and troubleshooting visits that leave systems working exactly as intended. Several reviewers highlight the technical knowledge of staff such as Richard, Paul, Andrew and Joe, noting that questions are answered patiently and advice on upgrades is offered without pressure.

Reliability and punctuality recur as themes, with people mentioning that communication before and after the job was consistent and that they never had to chase progress. The quality of the finished result is praised too: alarms are fitted efficiently with minimal mess, settings are adjusted to individual preferences before the engineer leaves, and final checks confirm everything is operational. Reviews time and again mention how clearly the work is explained, including how to use the system day to day, and describe feeling more secure at home afterwards.

Tidiness and careful workmanship come up often, alongside value for money and a professional manner that extends to subcontracting work and factory guarding. Problems such as repeated false activations are resolved through accurate diagnosis and patient troubleshooting rather than guesswork, and the same courteous approach is reported whether the job involves a domestic installation, a service call or on-site security cover.
