Absolutely pathetic company. I have tried to contact someone for them to explain what exactly I am getting for my maintenance contract and it has proved to be impossible. The standard reply is that they will call me back. This doesn't happen! There is no 24 hours service provided by this firm. Please do not waste your time or money on this sham of a company.
Amazing service, admin staff exceptionally helpful and Dylan their engineer, was helpful and diligent with his work. I would definitely recommend this company to other businesses.
Proficient and courteous Engineers, very happy with service from Vault Systems.
It took a few tries for Vault Systems to order the correct part that needed replacing in the door entry system, but once the part arrived the engineer, Lewis, competently fixed the issue with some assistance from the manufacturer's tech support. The door entry system is now working as per normal so fingers crossed all will be well. Thanks.
At the point that I came across Vault I was in pretty desperate situation. We had had an ongoing issue with our fire alarm system for sometime and after 3 visits from other 3 firms, including the company that installed the system 3 years ago no one had come back to us with any clue as to what the issue was. In fact they just ignored us and I was thinking we might need to replace the system. Vault were really quick to give me a call back, quotes and site reports came through seamlessly by email and I really happy to say that everything was fixed with minimum effort. I'm incredibly impressed and move other aspects of our business to Vault. There are an awful lot of firms out there dealing with fire alarms but so many of them don't know what they're doing. Engineer was on time and Serviced the Fire Alarm System and thankfully that's it now upto scratch. The emergency lights 3 hour check meant Engineer was onsite for 08.00am fot opening time. Thanks Craig (engineer)
Your staff that carried out the works requested were very efficient and pleasing to deal with. They even checked the overall system and corrected a current fault be unbeknown to me. Thanks.
