TrustOn Security Services is portrayed by clients as a security provider covering both scheduled installations and urgent guarding duties in Swindon. A number of accounts single out Anthony and Tony for their hands-on involvement, conducting site visits and configuring tailored setups that range from complete camera installations with detection and alert functions to an Ajax system that kept working throughout a three-week internet outage. A theme running through the feedback is the sensible, cost-aware guidance given to a retail outlet that required an alarm simple enough for staff of all ages to use, with choices outlined following a complimentary survey.

Those leaving reviews time and again note courteous, orderly and diligent crews, prompt communication and dependable backup, whether the assignment was static cover for events or a short-term measure for a new warehouse before permanent alarms went in. The business is further credited with accommodating a variety of requirements without complication, extending existing arrangements and broadening protection as operations develop. Customers characterise the service as professionally run and enjoyable to engage with, supported by obliging personnel from the outset to the finish. Guarding at functions attracts particular praise for its composed and competent handling.
