Swindon customers of this security guarding provider describe a service marked by starkly differing experiences. An inability to make contact emerges as the dominant theme, with calls, emails and voicemails described as going unanswered and messages left for area managers said to rarely produce a reply. The frustration of reaching anyone with authority recurs across the accounts, and more than one customer notes that communication breaks down once work is under way. Matters of payment also appear, with one account describing money owed and no one available to discuss it.

On the positive side, several comments acknowledge the scale of the operation, referring to the number of sites covered and describing a substantial organisation. Others remark that the visible security arrangements at manned locations seemed satisfactory, with access appearing properly controlled. The guarding presence itself is recognised, but customer service and internal communication are repeatedly called into question, particularly when problems need resolving or outstanding payment requires discussion. Difficulty in obtaining a response from area managers is the theme that colours the assessments, and the gap between the operational side and the administrative side is where most dissatisfaction concentrates.
