We have used TI Security for many years. Our wired system is getting on a bit now and it suddenly went off at 04.30 one morning, even though it wasn't set. We called TI at 08.00 and they sent an engineer at 12.00! Chris was great. He checked the system and explained a few issues that he was able to sort. Chris is very personable and thorough. Excellent service.

Luke D fixed a fault with our alarm. He was great and super helpful, doing a service for us at the same time, explaining some of the features of the alarm we weren't aware of. We've used TI Security a few times and have always been pleased with the care and level of service they provide
We had our annual service today. Chris was on time, as always, and very efficient. TI always provide a great service and we continue to be very pleased by the team in the office and on the ground.
My mum had an alarm system fitted by TI Security a few years ago. Since then Noel has come out and serviced the system annually. We have always found Noel to be extremely knowledgeable and helpful as well as being as a really nice chap. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend TI for all of your security needs.
We had our alarm system and CCTV serviced yesterday and the engineer Luke was fantastic. From start to finish, he kept us informed with what he was doing and why, he was very knowledgeable about the systems we used and also provided us with tips on usage. What a great experience and we will certainly be using TI Security in the future.
