Main services include commercial CCTV, access control, door entry and perimeter security.

Southampton customers consistently praise Safeguard Systems for its CCTV and alarm installation work, with several reviewers describing the company as a pleasure to deal with on both domestic and commercial projects. Paul and Chris are named repeatedly as friendly, knowledgeable figures who offer clear advice, particularly on door entry systems, and who lead a fitting crew that is described as professional and pleasant throughout. Reviewers often mention the tidiness of the installers, noting that no mess was left behind in homes, and the speed with which jobs were completed to a high standard, including an office security upgrade, a new facility installation and a subsequent home system.

The clarity of the cameras, even at night, is singled out, and the willingness to accommodate requests without fuss comes up as a recurring theme. Work spans commercial CCTV design and installation, burglar alarms for businesses and households, and door entry systems. Praise centres on the quality of the finished result and the ease of communication from the first visit through to completion, with customers returning for further projects.
