Moore Secure

Moore Secure was established in 1988 and supplies and installs intruder alarms, CCTV, access control and fire alarms. The company is an SSAIB approved installer and holds NSI Gold and NSI CerticCS approval. It is ISO 9001 registered.

Moore Secure is an approved installer of Paxton Access Control Products, Texecom Security Products and Orisec Security Products, a Hikvision Silver Partner VASP, an AXIS Channel Partner and an official Umbo reseller. It covers Hampshire, Wiltshire, Dorset, West Sussex, Cheshire and Greater Manchester, and has offices in Romsey, Southampton, Winchester and Handforth.

Moore Secure handles burglar alarms, smoke alarms, CCTV and fire alarm supply for customers in Southampton and the surrounding area, and the accounts left by those customers focus on the same handful of strengths. The engineer Mike is singled out again and again for his expertise and patience, with reviewers describing how he worked through challenging installation issues and then walked them through the operation of the finished system until they felt confident using it. Luke appears in several accounts as punctual, friendly and knowledgeable, both on installation visits and on annual reviews, while Kate and Dawn are credited with quick, helpful handling of enquiries and ongoing support.

A recurring theme is that quotes are clear and pricing is described as reasonable or competitive, and several reviewers note that the work was completed exactly as explained beforehand, with old wired systems replaced cleanly and new alarms and cameras left working properly. The commitment to talking customers through their options, taking security needs and budget into account, and returning whenever a system needs attention is what keeps people coming back over many years.
